2024 / Willow Creek District Mourvedre

A wonderfully distinct, savory style of Mourvèdre that trades heavy weight for earthy, herbal complexity. It opens with dried sage and crushed fennel seed, balanced by subtle, delicate whispers of elderflower, barberries, and iris. The fruit character mirrors this complexity, opening with a sharp pop of tart Morello cherry, then evolves into Red Bartlett pear and rustic licorice root. Soft, gentle tannins guide the earthy mid-palate toward a long, smooth finish brushed with a hint of molasses.

The 2024 Mourvèdre was painstakingly curated with organic farming practices, small-batch winemaking and a reverence for site expression

Reviews, Kind Words &

Accolades

Pleasing aromas of pine forest, sappy resinous herbs and lavender are supported with rich layers of red and black cherries and wild berries. Fine tannins and generous acidity. Drink or hold.
