We're super excited to be working on our small and intimate tasting room in downtown Paso Robles. We plan to be open by the end of May 2025 and have set our system to allow tasting appointments beginning Sunday May 18 (the day after Paso Wine Fest). The opening date is subject to change, but we encourage you to make an appointment well ahead of time as our seating capacity is limited.
VINEYARD TOUR EXPERIENCE
A tour of our estate vineyard on the west side of Paso Robles is also available on certain days and times through the reservation system. The Vineyard Tour is subject to cancellation in the event of wet and cold weather. You can also arrange a tour by sending an email with your request to info@decemilwines.com or by calling (805) 226-2828. Please leave your contact information and the times you are available, and we will respond as quickly as possible.

Somm's Kitchen Tasting

Join us for an exclusive 90-minute tasting at Somm's Kitchen's chef's counter featuring four wineries—one renowned and three new. Explore two wines from each winery and hear the inspiring stories from winemakers Jeremy Weintraub (Site Wines), Paul Lopez (Lopai), and Jerry Ulrich (Decemil Wines), as well as benchmark producer, Booker Vineyards. Discover their journey to Paso Robles and the passion behind their wines. Note: this is solely a wine-tasting event; no food will be served.
Half Moon Bay Wine & Jazz Festival

The Half Moon Bay Wine and Jazz Festival features some of California’s finest wineries. You’ll receive a commemorative wine glass and an event wristband as your ticket to explore the many winemakers that will line Half Moon Bay’s historic Main Street.
Paso Wine Fest

On Saturday, May 17, 120+ wineries will come together at the Paso Robles Event Center to share their wines during the Grand Tasting. The 2025 Grand Tasting features many elements to make your Paso Wine Fest that much more incredible.
Distinguished chefs are serving up delicious and complimentary culinary bites – the perfect enhancement to your tasting experience – all included with your ticket! Additional food is also available for purchase to go with your wine in hand.
Artisan vendors will be showcasing their wares and local craft distillers will be sampling their finest grape-based spirits. Guests are welcome to bring in their own picnics, blankets, and low-back chairs to post up under ample shade and misters. A photo booth will be on hand all day to capture all the fun all while providing you a digital keepsake of Paso Wine Fest. Also included in your Paso Wine Fest experience is a commemorative wine glass.
