Expressive and texturally dynamic, this wine showcases an alluringly deep, spiced clone of Grenache. Aromatically, fresh hibiscus and watermelon are wrapped in the warmth of chai notes like green cardamom and clove. On the palate, wild strawberries and blackberries play against the saline earthiness of brined olives. Opening soft and round, it transforms on the palate, building into grippy, chalky tannins that give excellent structure even as they melt away to a lingering finish.
